高梯度磁分离法处理含油废水

【摘要】 研究了利用高梯度磁分离法处理含油废水的原理和工艺条件.结果表明,当废水含油量wo,in=(120~700)×10-6,wCOD,in=2.1×10-3时,利用高梯度磁分离法处理,可使油和COD的去除率均达到80%左右;高梯度磁分离法处理含油废水的推荐工艺参数如下:磁粉的加入量wm=250×10-6,搅拌时间10min以上,pH5~8.对于低浓度的除油过程,可在添加磁粉时加入絮凝剂,并根据絮凝剂的性质调节pH值,以使除油率有所上升.

【Abstract】 The technological conditions and principle of treating oilbearing wastewater by high gradient magnetic separation(HGMS) technology were studied. The experimental results show that oils and COD removal rates for HGMS treatment of the wastewater containing (120~700)×10-6 oils and 2.1×10-3 COD are both about 80%. The recommended conditions are:the dosage of magnetic particle is 250×10-6, the mixing time is 10 min or above, and the range of pH value is 5~8. To deal with the wastewater containing low oil quantity, coagulant can be added under proper pH value with the magnetic particle. Thus the oil removal efficiency is increased.
