钢管压扁矫正残余应力分析
Residual Stress Formation During the Crushing of Tube
【摘要】 应用有限元分析软件Marc建立了斜辊钢管矫直机的压扁矫正模型.基于循环应力-应变试验数据,编制了应力-塑性应变关系子程序,分析了钢管材料的塑性变形特性.采用运动硬化法则,描述了金属材料在循环载荷作用下的Bauschinger效应.通过计算机模拟给出了钢管在压扁矫正过程中的应力应变和矫后残余应力分布状况.
【Abstract】 Numerical simulation for the crushing process of a tube was carried out, using Marc as finite element codes. The subroutine of the relationship between the stress and plastic strain was worked out based on the cyclic stressstrain test, which can be used to analyze the plastic behavior of the tube steel. Kinematic hardening rule was used to account for the Bauschinger effect of metal under cyclic loading. The strain and stress histories during the crushing were investrigated and numerically simulated. The residual stress distribution after crushing was evaluated.
