减振器活塞杆高频感应淬火的有限元分析
FEM Analysis of High-Frequency Induction Hardening for Piston Rod of Shock Absorber
【摘要】 通过理论分析建立了活塞杆高频感应淬火的计算模型 ,并用有限元法进行了电磁场、热场与残余应力场的耦合计算 .由于活塞杆表面淬火采用的是移动式高频感应淬火 ,计算模型中采用了移动坐标系来处理热场的分布 ;残余应力场的求解考虑了相变组织的体积效应 ,通过弹塑性场本构方程来求解 .对感应淬火处理的活塞杆进行了沿深度方向的显微硬度试验和残余应力测试 .温度与残余应力的计算结果与测试结果相吻合
【Abstract】 The calculated models for high frequency induction hardening of piston rod were established through theoretical methods and the coupled finite element method simulations were carried out to calculate the electronic magnetic field, thermal field and residual stress field. As the surface induction hardening of piston rod is a kind of moving induction hardening, a moving coordinate system was used to deal with the distribution of thermal fields. The volume effects of phase transformation were considered in the calculation of residual stress field, while the solution was determined by constitutive equation of the elastic plastic field. Microhardness test and residual stress measurement were done along the depth of piston rod after induction hardening to compare with the results of calculation. It shows that the test results are in accordance with the calculation results. The simulation can be used to guide the parameter optimization on high frequency induction hardening process of piston rods.
