【摘要】 探讨了我国进口液化天然气 ( LNG)海上运输船队的组织 ,为我国进口 LNG项目建立了合理的船队规划模型 .一些文献中采用的船队规划模型在用单纯形法求解时得出构成船队的船舶数量为非整数而与实际情况不符 ,但采取圆整的方法又会带来较大误差 .针对这种情况 ,在提出的新模型外层加入对船舶数量进行模矢搜索的方法 ,使得求解出的船队规划符合实际情况 ,得出了我国进口 LNG船队的最优规划 ,为我国进口 LNG项目的开展提供了参考更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper built up an available model for the planning of Chinese LNG import fleet. Some other fleet planning models may result in non integer vessel number of the fleet which does not agree with the fact. And there’ll be error if shift the result into integer. Pattern search is combined with simplex method to solve the problem. With the new model in this paper, the optimum planning for the LNG marine transport fleet of Chinese LNG import project is successfully made.更多还原
