一种模糊传感器数据融合的方法

【摘要】 基于模糊传感器数据相关的特性 ,给出了一种模糊传感器数据融合的方法 .该方法从传感器的重要度 ,各个传感器对模糊命题支持度的一致度 ,以及传感器重要度对数据融合结果的复合作用 3个方面分析了它们对模糊传感器数据集成的影响 .定义了一个一致性系数综合反映了这 3个因素 .基于该一致性系数实现了模糊传感器的数据融合 ,并将该方法用于工件识别中

【Abstract】 Fuzzy sensor provides flexible ability to deal with symbolic information. The problem of the efficient aggregation of fuzzy sensor output information is a crucial point in multisensor based systems. This paper presented a novel method to aggregate fuzzy sensor data based on data association. First, a similarity measure is introduced to determine the agreement degree of each sensor. The importance of each fuzzy sensor, the relative agreement degree and the compound effect of the importance of fuzzy sensor are considered in this method. Then, a consensus degree coefficient is defined as a comprehensive measure for evaluating the relative worthiness of each fuzzy sensor’s outputs. Based on the consensus degree coefficient, an aggregation method is proposed to fuse the fuzzy sensor data. Finally, an object recognition task is simulated to test the method. The results show the efficiency of this approach.
