【摘要】 目的 :观察力栓宁胶囊抗心肌缺血的临床疗效。方法 :选择冠心病心绞痛患者 72例 ,将符合纳入标准的患者按就诊顺序以数字排列表随机分为两组。对照组 36例 ,用西药消心痛、阿斯匹林 ;治疗组 36例 ,在对照组基础上加力栓宁胶囊 ;共治疗 4周。结果 :治疗组与对照组临床总有效率分别为 91.6 7%、72 .2 2 % ,两组综合疗效比较有显著性差异 (u=3.5 978,P=0 .0 0 0 5 ) ;ECG的总有效率分别为 80 .5 6 %、5 5 .5 6 % ,两组综合疗效比较有显著性差异 (u=2 .4 382 ,P=0 .0 15 5 ) ;对 CRP浓度的影响 ,治疗组 UAP明显降低 ,且较对照组有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :力栓宁胶囊对冠心病心绞痛尤其是不稳定性心绞痛有显著的预防和治疗作用。进一步验证 ,温阳散寒、逐瘀通脉法是治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效治疗方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical effect of Lishuanning Capsule(LC) on myocardial ischemia.Methods:72 cases of angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases were treated with isosorbide dinitrate,aspirin and LC,and 36 cases treated only with isosorbide and aspirin were set up as the control group.The treatment course was 4 weeks.Results:The total effective rates in the treatment group and control group were 91.67% and 72.22% respectively.There weresignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroups incomplextherapeuticeffects( u=3.5978,P= 0.0005).The effective rates of ECG were 80.56% and 55.56% respectively (u=2.4382,P=0.0155).The concentration of CRP in the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was notable(P<0 05).Conclusion:LC had the preventive and therapeutic effect on angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease,especially unstable angina pectoris.It had been proved that the methods of warming yang and dispelling cold,removing the blood stasis and invigorating the pulse beat is effective to treat angina due to coronary heart disease.更多还原
