【摘要】 采用 NADPH-黄递酶染色法 ,探讨不同浓度的中成药熄风胶囊对戊四唑致痫小鼠海马不同亚区一氧化氮合酶( NOS)活力的影响。结果 :实验组小鼠灌服不同浓度的熄风胶囊浓缩液后 ,其海马不同亚区 NOS活力均高于模型组。提示 ,该药对癫痫小鼠海马神经元有保护作用 ,此结果可能是其治疗癫痫的机理之一更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of different concentration of Xifeng Capsule on the activity of NOS in hippocamal subareas of epileptic mice was detected by NADPH diaphorase staining.The epilepsia model of mouse was made by pentylenetetrzol.Result:The activity of NOS in hippocamal subareas of the treatment groups was much higher than that in the control group.It suggested that Xifeng Capsule could protect the nerve cells in hippocamal subareas of epileptic mice.This may be one of the mechanisms of the therapy.更多还原
