【摘要】 根据李时珍药证辨治学思想体系 ,采用临床与实验研究相结合的方法 ,研制治疗慢性乙型肝炎纤维化的新药肝纤宁。研究结果表明 ,肝纤宁防治肝纤维化的作用机理 ,与其抑制贮脂细胞及胶原合成 ,改善肝内微循环 ,减轻肝细胞炎症坏死 ,增强自身免疫功能 ,保持细胞膜稳定性 ,抗肝细胞坏死等有关 ,是治疗本病肝郁血瘀、脾虚湿滞证安全有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the theory of differentiation of syndrome and herbs of LI Shi zheng,integrated clinical and experimental research and hapatic the function methods were used in the manufacture of Ganxianning,a new drug to treat chronic hepatitis B and hepatic fibrosis.The results suggested that the treatment mechanism of Ganxianning was to restrain the function of fat storing cells and synthesis of collagen,to improve the hepatic microcirculation,to lessen the inflammation and necrosis of the liver,to reinforce the immune function,to retain the stability of the cell membrane and to protect the liver from necrosis.Ganxianning was a safe and effective drug to treat the symptom of liver stagnation and blood deficiency,deficiency of spleen and stagnation moisture in hepatic fibrosis.更多还原
