船舶电梯软启动运行远程监控的仿真系统

【摘要】 为充实实验教学和船员培训设施,我院开发了小型的电梯仿真装置。电梯的舒适度和电梯的运行效率是评价电梯性能的最重要指标,为此在仿真系统中开展了电梯软启动和性能优化的研究。本文着重讨论了船舶电梯运行特性控制,叙述了应用串口传输技术和软件开发平台实现的船舶电梯远程运行控制和监视软件。

【Abstract】 To enrich the experiment education and to make real the engineers’ training establishment, a small simulation equipment of ship elevator has been designed recently in SMU. The most important index of the ship elevator is comfort degree and running efficiency. So the soft start-up and the capability optimizing of the elevator have been studied in the simulation system. In this paper the characteristic control of running elevator has been described emphatically, and the long-distance control and supervision software through serial communication and software development platform have been described as well. Now the elevator simulation device is suitable not only for the application of experiment education in management but also for the further investigation and research in the fields of maintenance, control, and faults diagnosis.
