【Abstract】 Aiming at the disadvantages of current model of traffic law enforcement, this paper, raises the appropriate model of traffic law enforcement. According to the different social environments and period aims, the three models of traffic law enforcement are founded, and the setting, function and the relationship of organizations of the three models are discussed.
