建设项目环境影响评价中有关问题的探讨

【摘要】 环评对国家的经济建设和环境保护起到了保驾护航的作用,但在针对性、实用性和可操作性方面仍存在着一些不足。该文就此有关问题进行探讨。

【Abstract】 The evaluation of environmental influences plays a positive role in economic construction and environmental protection.But some shortcomings exist because it is not always so purpose oriented,practical in use and easy to operate.This paper studies some problems resting with such shortcomings.
