Cu-Cr合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀的研究
Study of Corrosion Behavior of Cu-Cr Alloy in 3.5% NaCl Solution
【摘要】 利用金相、X射线衍射、扫描电镜及电化学方法,研究了Cu Cr合金在3 5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:Cu Cr合金在3 5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀产物主要是CuO、Cu2O和铬的氧化物。溶液温度越高,其腐蚀速度越快,且在20℃时,其阳极极化时出现钝化,随温度的升高,其钝化倾向减小。
【Abstract】 The corrosion behavior of Cu-Cr alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution is studied by means of metallography,XRD,SEM/EDX and electrochemical methods.The results show that the main corrosion products are CuO,Cu2O and oxide of chromium.The higher the temperature,the faster the corrosion.When the temperature is at 20℃ and the anode is polarized,and Cu-Cr alloy is passivated,the passivation rate tends to be slower with the temperature increase.
