改善粉末冶金电触头粉末混合料流动性的方法探索

【摘要】 粉末冶金电触头行业对其混合料流动性的研究,尚未见报道。随着粉末冶金电触头产品成形自动化程度的提高,为了保证压坯的质量,提高生产效率,对其混合料流动性提出了更高的要求。为此,该文对此作一些探索性工作。

【Abstract】 PM enterprises together their research institutes both at home and abroad have done much research work on the flowability of metal powders for making structural auxiliary parts for a long time in the past.However,nothing is reported about the research of the flowability of mixed powders for making PM electric contacts.With the progress of the automation of forming PM electric contacts,the improvement of the flowability of the mixed powders is required so as to ensure the quality of the compacted blanks and raise the productivity of the forming of the contacts.This paper has done some work in this respect.
