【摘要】 目的 探讨拉坦前列腺素(适利达)降低高眼压及开角型青光眼患者眼压的有效性和安全性。方法 20例高跟压及开角型青光眼患者随机分为适利达治疗组和噻吗心胺治疗组(对照组),分别接受适利达1次/d和噻吗心胺2次/d的治疗。于治疗前及治疗后第2、6、12周测量眼压,观察分析两组的疗效及副作用。结果 两组患者治疗后各时间段眼压均显著低于治疗前相应基线值(P<0.05);第12周适利达治疗组眼内压下降>10mmHg及日间眼压≤17mmHg的患者分别占16.7％和58.5％,与噻吗心胺治疗组相应值比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗12周后噻吗心胺治疗组患者平均心率较治疗前显著减慢(P<0.05)。结论 适利达具有比噻吗心胺更有效的降眼压作用.其使用剂量小、耐受性好且更安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xalatan, a new anti - glaucoma drug, compared with Timolol. Methods A randomized parallel control study was done. Twenty cases with ocular hypertension or primary open angle glaucoma were treated with Xalatan every night or Timolol twice a day. Intra - Ocular tension and eye examination were performed before treatment and at the second, 6th and 12th week after treatment. And the side effect was recorded. Results Xalatan can lower the IOP obviously for 7.27mmHg from the baseline. It’ s more stable than Timolol. The main side effects are conjunctive congestion and eye discomfort. Xalatan did not lower the heart rate. Conclusion Compared with Timolol, Xalatan can effectively and stably lower the IOP. It is well tolerated. It could be the first line anti - glaucoma drug.更多还原
