超临界二氧化碳萃取丹参中的丹参酮
Extraction of Tanshinone from the Root of Salvia miltiorrhiza bu nge by Supercritical Carbon Dioxi de Fluid
【摘要】 目的:研究超临界二氧化碳从丹参中提取丹参酮的工艺,并对影响收率的几个主要因素进行考察。方法:萃取压力20MPa,萃取温度45℃,分离温度35℃。对超临界萃取法和索氏提取法以及乙醇浸提法进行比较。结果:超临界萃取法得到的萃取物纯度要比索氏提取法和乙醇浸提法高大约4.5倍,丹参酮含量可达到89.5%,而萃取时间仅为1h,远远低于其它两种方法所需的时间。结论:超临界二氧化碳萃取丹参酮纯度高而且时间短。
【Abstract】 Objecti ve :To research the technics of extracti on of tanshinone from the root of salv ia miltior-rhiza bunge by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid and investigate the ma jor factors that affect the yield of tanshinone.Method:When the extraction pressure was 20MPa,extraction temperatrue was 45℃,separa-tion temperatru e was 35℃,different methods of extraction were compared.Result:The purity of extracive by SC-CO 2 fluid was as 4.5times as the other methods.The content of tanshinone can b e up to 89.5%and the time was only 1h,far shorter t han that of other methods.Conclusion:The tanshinone extracted by this model had higher purity an d need shorter time.
