【Abstract】 Reference is an important part of dissertations. Similar rules and regulations are used for annotation of English reference as Chinese reference. In English references, surnames should be put in front of first names only kept by the first capital letters. The similarities and differences between English expression and Chinese expression need to be paid attention in order to give correct information.
