钼酸钠和三乙醇胺对45~#钢的缓蚀作用研究

【摘要】 利用极化曲线法研究了钼酸钠以及钼酸钠和三乙醇胺以特定的配比形成的复合缓蚀剂对45#钢的缓蚀作用。实验结果发现:单独使用钼酸钠时,缓蚀效果不明显;钼酸钠与三乙醇胺共同作用时,钝化区显著增宽,缓蚀效果提高,且所需剂量更少,表明钼酸钠和三乙醇胺共同作用在去离子水中及含5×10-3g/Lcl-的去离子水中具有明显的协同缓蚀作用,当钼酸钠为300mg/L,三乙醇胺也为300mg/L时,协同缓蚀效率最高。

【Abstract】 Using the polarizing curve, the inhibition of corrosion of sodium molybdate and the composite inhibitor composed of sodium molybdate and trieth anolamine in some ratio on 45# steel is investigated. The experiment shows that using sodium molybdate only, inhibition effect isn’t clear. But using sodium molybdate and triethanolamine at the same time, the blunt area widens clearly, the slow corroding effect improves and the dosage decreases. This shows that using sodium molybdate and triethanolamine in de-ionized water or in that containing 5×10-3g/L Cl, it is of evident corrosion inhibition effect. When sodium molybdate is 300mg/l and triethanolamine is also 300mg/l, the coordinated slow corroding efficiency is the highest.
