用有限元计算底排弹复杂弹体变形的处理方法
The Finite Element Method for Calculating Deformation of Base Bleed Projectile with Complex Structure
【摘要】 从线性弹性体动力学方程出发 ,利用应力应变本构方程 ,并且针对底排弹弹体结构复杂 ,在发射时所受载荷复杂的特点 ,就如何使用有限元方法进行应力应变分析 ,运用了“边界变形位移限量”的实用工程处理方法 .简化了有限元法在工程计算中的载荷和边界问题 .利用此法 ,对某厂的远程弹进行了实例计算 ,计算结果是正确的 ,并已由工厂做了验证
【Abstract】 In this paper, based on the theory of linear elastic dynamic equation, stress strain constitutive equation and Navier Stocks equation, the finite element method of stress strain for analyzing the base bleed projectile with complex structure and load is given, the engineering method of "finite displacement of bondary deformation" is used. Thus, the load and bondary problems in engineering calculation using FEM are simplified. The caculation on results for a long distance base bleed projectile of some factory shows that the method is correct.
