【Abstract】 In this article, inquiry and reply as an important part in the ICAI are stated, and how to set up an automatic system frame on Web is discussed as the center of this system. The paper consists of the inference interpretation, analysis interpretation, inference engine, the expression form of rules inference, structure of knowledge base and behavior trace, explanation of the research of the assocication rules unearthing and getting the method for solving the association rules.
