【Abstract】 Public participation speeds up the paradigm innovation of urban administration. This thesis, under the principle of constitution analysis, focuses on the systems which have posed obstacles to public participation in policy -making on urban planning. It also draws lessons from the beneficial experience of developed countries and thus comes to the conclusion that the constitution of public participation should be granted and innovated in our country.更多还原
