【摘要】 本文从分析企业系统的生态环境着手,论述了在互联网环境下企业外部与CRM、SCM整合的必要性

【Abstract】 To begin with the analysis the environment of enterprise ecological system , this paper expatiates the necessity of applying BPR into the enterprise’s ERP/ MRP II system and expounds the importance of integrated CRM and SCM with ERP/MRP II system.
