【摘要】 目的 :探讨髋臼骨折的手术治疗效果和影响疗效因素。方法 :对 31例髋臼骨折患者进行切开复位内固定治疗。结果 :平均随访 18个月 (6～ 36月 ) ,根据 Matta评分标准优 16例 ,良 8例 ,一般 4例 ,差 3例。 1例术后发生深部感染 ,1例术后 18个月发生股骨头坏死。结论 :髋臼骨折 ,特别是有移位的髋臼骨折应及时手术治疗。手术医师的经验、骨折类型、手术时机和入路会影响髋臼骨折的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective;To improve the effect of operative treatment of acetabular fractures by analyzing the clinical experiences in the treatment and the factors influencing the reduction of the fractures.Methods:31 patients with acetabular fracture were trated by open reduction and internal fixation in our department.Results:The average follow-up period was 18 months(ranging from 6 to 36 months).Excellent results were found in 16 cases,good in 8,fair in 4,and poor in 3.Avascular necrosis of the femoral head and deep infection were found in 1 cases,respectively.Conclusions:Surgical intervention is needed for displaced acetabular fractures.Surgeon′s experience,the type of fracture,time to surgical treatment and choice for surgical approach are influencing clinical results of acetabular fractures.更多还原
