【摘要】 目的 :总结分析老年股骨粗隆间骨折使用加压滑动鹅头钉的疗效。方法 :观察 41例股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者行加压滑动鹅头钉内固定后肢体功能和全身情况。结果 :骨折固定良好 ,经 8个月以上随访 ,全部治愈 ,未见髋关节畸形及螺钉松动 ,且髋关节功能恢复满意。结论 :加压滑动鹅头钉固定牢固 ,无并发症 ,且便于早期功能锻炼 ,是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的一种效果良好的内固定方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical results of the treatment of elder intertrochanteric fracture with DHS.Methods:Observe limb function and whole body condition of 41 elder patients with intertrochanteric fracture which was fixed with DHS;Results:All the fractures were fixed well,after follow-up of more than 8 months,all patients were cured.There were no varus deformity of hip joint and no loosening of the screws and the functional recovery of hip joint was satisfatory.Conclusion:The DHS has merits of stable fixation,no complications and convenience for early exercises.This is a effective internal fixation for the treatment of elder intertrochanteric fractures.更多还原
