建筑施工项目成本管理初探
Discussion of Construction Project Cost Management
【摘要】 随着工程量清单计价规范的实行,中标后控制工程成本是实现利润的重要手段。本文介绍了项目成本管理的基本组成及其特点,同时说明了项目实行成本管理信息化的作用。
【Abstract】 With application of the quantities list valuation regulation, cost control becomes an important method to realize benefit. In this article, authors introduce basic components and their features of project cost management, and state effects of realizing project cost information management.
