混流式原型水轮机的三维湍流计算
Three dimensional simulation for turbulent flow through Francis archetype turbine
【摘要】 本文通过混流式原型水轮机全流道的三维定常和非定常湍流计算 ,预估了水轮机的能量性能、空化特性和压力脉动特性。计算以N S方程为基础 ,基于贴体坐标和交错网格划分 ,对控制方程进行变换和离散。采用SIMPLEC算法实现速度、压力变量的分离求解。非定常湍流计算应用了RNG的k-ε模型。
【Abstract】 In the present work,the three|dimensional turbulent flow is simulated through t he whole flow passage of Francis archetype turbine.The efficiency,caviation and pressure fluctuation caused by the unsteady flow through Francis turbine is pred icted.Based on Navier|Stokes equations and the RNG k|ε model,the SIMPLEC algo rithm with body|fitted coordination and staggering grid system is applied for t he solution of the discretization governing equations.
