【摘要】 我国以煤为主的能源结构面临挑战 .这种挑战一方面来自燃煤排放的废气对大气环境造成严重污染 ;另一方面是这种能源供给结构已不适应我国能源消费结构的变化 .西部水能和天然气的开发利用 ,具有替代煤炭的功能 ,因而对改善我国城市大气质量将产生积极作用 ;西部石油资源的勘探和开发 ,将减轻我国石油的对外依赖程度 ,有利于确保我国的“能源安全”.因此 ,西部能源开发的战略意义在于 ,通过改善我国能源供给结构 ,以适应能源需求结构的变化 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Coal is main energy in our country energy construction, but the energy construction is facing the challenge. The reason is the waste gas of coal born serious contaminating the atmosphere environment, and this kind of energy to supply the construction has not adapted to the changing of energy consume construction. The waterpower and natural gas developed in the western region have act for the coals function, and this can produce the positive effect to improvement our country cities atmosphere the quantity. The petroleum resources is prospected and exploited in the western region, and it will alleviate the degree of our country petroleum depending on overseas, and it is benefit to insure our country energy the safety.
