【Abstract】 Based on the important constitutional experiences and new insights since 1999, it is very necessary to amend the current Constitution as follows:inserting two new aspects to the preface; modifying Articles 11, 12, 13, 126 and section 7 in chapter 3; and adding bis Article 35, bis Article 37, bis Article 40, bis Article 51 and bis Article 123. Internationally general accepted techniques as to constitution amendment will be also helpful. After the passage of the Constitution amendment, an official text of the Constitution should be promulgated.更多还原
