液体CO2冷藏车的冷负荷计算及其实验研究
Cooling Load Calculation and Experimental Study on the Liquid Carbon Dioxide Refrigerated Lorry
【摘要】 从液体 CO2冷藏车的制冷原理出发,设计出了符合节能与环保要求的冷藏车厢,同时对厢体的冷负荷进行了计算,在此基础上进行了实验研究以验证厢体设计及其冷负荷计算的合理性。实验发现,液体 CO2在单位时间内的喷液量对冷负荷的平衡起着至关重要的作用。实验结果还表明,冷藏车厢设计科学,结构合理,具有一定的实用价值和商机,它的推广将为我国冷藏运输业起到积极作用。
【Abstract】 For the liquid carbon dioxide refrigerated lorry,this paper first discusses its principle of refrigeration, then designs the structure of the compartment and calculates its cooling load in detail,and at last makes an experi- mental study.Through the study,it concludes that the ejection of liquid carbon dioxide in unit time plays a decisive role in the balance of cooling load.The result of the experimental study also indicates that the design of its compart- ment is scientific,its structure is rational,and it has a huge commercial.
