【Abstract】 In recent years,the research on congestion control for reliable multicast is one of the most active fields in the multicast protocol research.In this paper the principal problems of congestion control for Internet multicast are presented and the solutions and difficulties of solving these problems are discussed.Finally a novel rate-based multicast congestion control algorithm is given to improve dyamics and fairness of previous algorithms as well as the throughout of reliable multicast session.更多还原
