卡铂的反相高效液相色谱法测定
THE DETERMINATION OF CARBOPLATIN BY REVERSAL REVERSAL PHASE HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY
【摘要】 建立了卡铂的反相高效液相色谱测定方法 .以甲醇 -水 ( 30 :70V V)为流动相 ,流速为 1.2ml·min- 1 ,卡铂与杂质完全分离 ,检测波长为 2 38nm时 ,测量的线性范围为 4~ 48μg·ml- 1 ,平均回收率大于 99% .此法简单、快速 ,适合于卡铂原料与制剂中卡铂的分析
【Abstract】 The determination of carboplatin by high performance liquid chromatography was reported. Using methanol-water (30:70 V/V)as mobile phase and controlling the flow rate at 1.2 ml·min -1, carboplatin was completely separated from the impurity.The linear range is from 4 to 48 μg·ml -1 at the detection wavelength of 238 nm,and the average recoveries of carboplatin are 99%.The method is simple and sensitive,which would be suitable for the determination of both carboplatin and carboplatin preparation.
