【摘要】 目的　探讨抑凋亡基因 bcl- XL 在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法　应用免疫组织化学链霉亲和素方法 (SABC) ,检测 5 2例份胰腺癌组织中凋亡抑制基因 bcl- XL 的基因蛋白产物 ,并与良性和正常胰腺组织作对照分析。结果　胰腺癌组织中 bcl- XL 的阳性表达率为 73.1% ,显著高于胰腺良性组织及正常组织 ,bcl-XL 的表达与肿瘤的 TNM分期有关 ,而与肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移、分化程度、病理类型等无关。结论　 bcl- XL 基因可能在胰腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of bcl-X L gene in pancreatic carcinoma and evaluated its relation with clinical pathology.Method 52 pancreatic carcinoma were studied for protein expression of bcl-X L gene by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of bcl-X L protein in pancreatic carcinoma were 73.1%,and which higher than that of benign and normal pancreatic tissues.The expression of bcl-X L was related to TNM stage,and had no relation with tumor diameter,lymph node metastasis,the extent of differentiation and type of pathology.Conclusion bcl-X L gene may play an important role in pancreatic tumorigenesis.更多还原
