【摘要】 目的　探讨脑膜瘤的增殖能力与肿瘤全切除术后复发的关系。方法　对 16例复发性 (复发组 )和12 0例非复发性 (非复发组 )脑膜瘤的术前病史、病理学改变进行分析 ,其中 6 0例进行了流式细胞术 (FCM)检测。结果　复发组术前病史较短 ,病理学分析可见肿瘤结构丧失、细胞成分增多、核多形性、有丝分裂增多、局灶性坏死的计分显著高于非复发组 ;复发率依良性型、非典型型和间变型顺序依次增高 ,FCM分析可见复发组超二倍体率显著增多 ,DNA指数 (DI)和增殖指数 (PI)也显著高于非复发组。结论　脑膜瘤的增殖能力与肿瘤全切除术后复发密切相关 ,肿瘤增殖活跃是脑膜瘤全切除术后复发的重要原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the relationship between the proliferative activity of meningiomas and the recurrence after the tumor total removal.Methods The data of the disease course,the pathological changes of 16 patients with the recurrent meningioma and 120 patients with non-recurrent tumor were analysed,the tumor specimen were tested by flow cytometry(FCM) in 66 patients among them.Results The recurrent gruop was with a shorter course of disease than that of the non-recurrent one,the recurrent meningiomas had higher scores in loss of archtecture,hypercellurarity,nuclear pleomorphism,mitotic rate,focal necrosis than the non-recurrent gruop;in the order of the rate,the recurrence were decreased as the anaplasitc,the atypical and the benign meningiomas,the recurrent group had higher hyperdipoid tumor,and higher DNA index(DI)and proliferative index(PI)compared with the non-recurrenr one.Conclusions The proliferative ability of the tumor was close related with the recurrence after meningioma total resection.The active proliferation of the tumor was one of the important factor after the meningioma total removal.更多还原
