【摘要】 目的　提高人未成熟卵母细胞体外培养的成熟率。方法　将机械法获取的人未成熟卵母细胞随机分为观察组与对照组进行体外培养 ,观察影响卵母细胞体外成熟的主要影响因素。结果　年龄 <30岁者未成熟卵母细胞的体外成熟率明显高于 >30岁者 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;观察组上清液中表皮生长因子 (EGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和粒细胞 -巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (GM- CSF)的含量明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　 EGF、VEGF和GM- CSF可提高卵母细胞体外培养的成熟率 ;年龄也是影响卵母细胞体外成熟的重要因素更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To promote the maturation rate of human immature oocytes in vitro.Methods Human immature oocytes obtained mechanically from premenopausal women ovaries were randomly classified and cultured in two groups and the maturation process was observed.Results The maturation rate in vitro in the women under 30 years was obviously higher than that in the women above 30 years.The concentrations of EGF?GM CSF and VEGF of the observation group were higher than that of the control group.Conclusion It was proved that epidermal growth factor (EGF),granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM CSF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) could promote the maturation of human immature oocytes in vitro,and the patient’s age was also an important factor affecting the maturation rate of human oocytes.更多还原
