【摘要】 目的　探讨上皮钙粘附素 (E- cd)、连环素 (cat)的表达在估测上皮性卵巢癌 (EOC)预后中的价值。方法　采用免疫组化 SABC法检测 44例 EOC组织中 E- cd、α- cat、β- cat、γ- cat蛋白的表达情况 ,分析其与患者预后的关系。结果　 E- cd和 cat的异常表达均与 EOC的病理分级有显著相关性 ,E- cd、γ- cat的异常表达与患者的生存时间显著相关。结论　检测 EOC中 E- cd、cat的表达有助于了解 EOC的生物学行为 ,并可作为估测 EOC预后的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between expression of Epithelial-cadherin(E-cd),catenin(cat)and prognosis in epithelial ovarian carcinoma(EOC).Methods Immunohistochemistry (SABC) method was used to detect the expression of E-cd,α-cat,β-cat and γ-cat in 44 cases of EOC.Results The expression of E-cad,α-cat,β-cat and γ-cat were correlated with pathologic grade.Reduced expression of E-cd and γ-cat in EOC was correlated with poor survival.Conclusions The abnormal expression of E-cd and cat are beneficial to evaluate the cell biological behavior and the prognosis of EOC.更多还原
