【摘要】 目的　了解经导管房间隔缺损 (ASD)堵闭术治疗 ASD患者手术前、后的 ECG变化。方法　对比研究了 2 4例经导管 ASD堵闭术患者堵闭术前及术后 2 4小时 12导联 ECG变化 ,并进行随诊。ECG指标包括心率 (HR)、 P- R间期、 QRS时限、 导联 P波振幅 (P )、RV1 +SV5等 ,并观察 QRSV1 形态及有无心律失常。结果　 ASD堵闭术后 P- R间期缩短明显 ,HR、QRS时限、P 及 RV1 +SV5等指标术后 2 4小时无明显变化 ,术后均未发生严重心律失常。结论　经导管 ASD堵闭术安全有效 ,术后 P- R间期缩短提示患者右心容量负荷减轻更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comprehend the electrocardiogram(ECG) abnormalities after transcatheter closure of atrial septal defects(ASD) Methods Transcatheter closure of ASD were performed in 24 patients, 12 leads ECG were used before and 24 hours after closure procedure The items including heart rate(HR), P R interval, QRS duration, the amplitude of P wave at Ⅱ lead(P Ⅱ) and the amplitude of R V1 +S V5 were measured and the arrhythmias were observed too Results The P R interval decreased significantly after transcatheter closure, but no significant difference was noted in HR, QRS duration, P Ⅱ and R V1 +S V5 And there was no serious arrhythmias associated with the procedure Conclusion Transcatheter closure of ASD is safe and effective, and the P R interval is shortened after closure, this indicate the volume load of right ventricle decrease更多还原
