【摘要】 对 2 2例成人型多囊肾患者行腹腔镜多囊去顶减压术 ,手术时间 4 0～ 12 0分钟 ,平均 80分钟 ;去顶囊肿的数量 2 2～ 4 5个 ,平均 30个 ;术中出血 2 0～ 4 0 ml,平均 30 ml;2 2例手术均获成功 ,无中转开放手术。术后住院时间 2～ 8天 ,平均 4天。无 1例应用镇痛药 ;术后腹痛减轻、肾功能改善 ,未见严重并发症。认为本手术切口小、损伤小、术后恢复快 ,是目前治疗成人型多囊肾的较好方法更多还原

【Abstract】 patients with autosomal dominant polycy stic kidney disease(ADPKD) underwent 22 laparoscopic procedures The operation time for laparoscopic cyst decortication was 40～120min with an average time of 80min the quantity of renal cysts decorticated was 22～45 with an average of 30 The mean intraoperative blood loss was 30ml All of the 22 procedures wer e success ful with a result of no conversion to open surgery intraoperatively The postope ration hospital stay was 2～8d with an average of 4d None of the analgesics wa s used postoperatively,while the patients with abdominal symptoms from ADPKD hav e shown marked reduction,and the patients with creatinine increased in blood ser um preoperatively have shown creatinine decreased All the procedures had no eve n any obvious complications The advantages of laparoscopic cyst decortication f or ADPKD include small incisions, less injury and a short hospital stay We bel ieve this operation is an effective and feasible method to treat the ADPKD now更多还原
