【摘要】 用流式细胞术直接免疫法检测 172例早期特发性血小板减少性紫癜 ( ITP)患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群( CD3、 CD4 、CD8、 CD1 9、 C1 6 、CD56 ) ,EL ISA法检测血小板表面血小板相关抗体 ( PAIg G、PAIg A、PAIg M)。结果显示 ,ITP组与正常对照组比较 CD3、CD4 / CD8显著降低 ( P<0 .0 1) ,CD8增高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,CD1 9增高极为显著 ( P <0 .0 1) ;ITP血小板表面 PAIg G、 PAIg A、 PAIg M显著高于对照组 ;CD1 9升高和 CD4 / CD8下降与PAIg G、 PAIg A、 PAIg M增高有显著的相关性。认为淋巴细胞亚群功能和比例失常、 T细胞免疫调节机制紊乱在ITP的发病机制中起非常重要的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the changes of lymphocyte subsets and PAIg of ITP patients and evaluate their effects on the etiopathological mechanism,CD 3,CD 4,CD 8,CD 19 ,CD 16 and CD 56 of the lymphocyte in the peripheral blood of 172 patients with ITP and 42 normal controls were assayed by FCM PAIgG,PAIgA and PAIgM in platelets were detected by ELISA The result showed the percentage of CD 3 cell and ratio of CD 4/CD 8 cell were significantly lower(P<0 01)in ITP patients than that in normal controls,and the hepercentage of CD 8 and CD 19 rose significantly(P<0 05,P 01) The levels of PAIgG,PAIgA and PAIgM in platelets were significantly higher in ITP patients than that in normal controls(P<0 01) The increasing percentage of CD 19 cell and decreasing ratio of CD 4/CD 8 cell were significantly correlated with the levels of PAIgG,PAIgA and PAIgM in ITP patients(P<0 01) These suggest the abnormal function and ratio of lymphocyte subsets as well as the immunologic mechanism disorder of T lymphocytes play important roles in etiopathological mechanism of ITP更多还原
