【摘要】 为提高开放性粉碎性颅骨骨折 期颅骨成形的成功率 ,将 4 7例此类患者的碎骨片进行特殊处理再行 期颅骨成形。结果 :本组术后无局部感染或积液 ,3例术后半个月在植入区局部可见脑搏动 ,1个月后自行消失 ,局部变硬 ,外观满意。对所有病例随访 6个月至 3年 ,植入区与颅骨穹隆的弧度基本一致 ;颅骨 X线片示骨性愈合 ,无死骨形成。认为本法行 期颅骨成形感染发生率低 ,开放性成形效果好 ,碎骨片成活率高更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the feasibility of one stage skull plastic operation of open comminuted skull fracture.One stage skull plastic operations with the special disposed crushed bone flaps were performed on 47 patients with open comminuted skull fracture Local infection or diffusion did not occurred in all patients.Brain beat was seen on the implant area in 3 patients in half a month after operating,and it disappeared spontaneously 1 month later.The local area got hard and the shape got fine.All the patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years and the radian of the implant area kept comporting with the skull nearly.The X ray film revealed part of the patiens had got bone union without sequestration.It is concluded that one stage skull plastic operation of open comminuted skull fracture can lead to good shape,and the bone flaps can survive.It does not result in infection.更多还原
