【摘要】 为了调查糖尿病患者的营养状况、营养摄入、膳食结构 ,了解营养治疗原则 ,我们采用问卷法追踪记录了同一时期 3 3例住院糖尿病患者 3天的饮食摄入情况 ,并用 NCCW营养膳食管理系统及统计软件对调查结果进行了分析。同时测量患者身高、体重、上臂围、上臂肌围、肱三头肌皮褶厚度 ,并检测血胆固醇、甘油三酯、血清总蛋白和血清白蛋白。结果显示 ,本次调查的糖尿病患者 ,其膳食构成不够合理 ,优质蛋白质摄入过少 ,碳水化合物、Ca、Zn、维生素 A的摄入量较标准供给量明显不足 ,且差异有极显著性。认为 ,应加强糖尿病防治原则的普及教育工作 ;糖尿病患者及其家属应熟悉糖尿病的营养治疗原则更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the diabetic patients’ nutritional status,nutrients intake,the dietary composition and their knowledge of nutritional therapy,we surveyed the diet of 33 diabetic patients in the hospital were surveyed for 3 days by the method of questionnaire,physical examination and biochemical assay.NCCW nutrition analyze system software was used to do the nutrition analysis.The patients’ body height,body weight,midarm circumference(MAC) and skinfold(TSF)were measured,and blood cholesterol,triglyceride,total serum protein,and serum albumin were test.the component of the diet is unreasonable.The high quality protein intake was not enough.Dietary intake of carbohydrate,Ca,Zn and VitA was significantly deficient according to DRIs.It required the nutritional doctors to educate people of all society,to improve their dietary scientific levels and make the incidence of diabete lowest.更多还原
