【摘要】 为全面了解经导管封堵术 (下称封堵术 )治疗房间隔缺损 (ASD)的优缺点 ,探讨护理及预防并发症发生的方法 ,我们对采用封堵术的 3 0例继发孔型 ASD患者 (封堵组 )的临床资料进行回顾性分析 ,并与同期 3 0例行开胸手术患者 (手术组 )作对照。结果封堵组与手术组平均年龄、ASD缺损平均直径差异无显著性 ,手术成功率均为 10 0 % ;封堵组手术时间、监护时间、住院时间均较手术组明显缩短 ,且不需输血 ,术后无疤痕及并发症发生 ;但平均住院费用较手术组高。提示封堵术在其适应证范围内可替代开胸手术 ;优良的护理对提高手术成功率、减少并发症有重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the nursing differences between transcatheter closure and surgical repair of atrial septal defect (ASD),two group patients were analyzed.Nursing cares including complete preoperative care closely cooperation and intensive care after the procedures.There were no significant differences between the two groups of the patients’ age, diameter of ASD and the technical successful rates.Compared with the surgical group, transcatheter closure of ASD take the advantages of short procedure time, short intensive care and short admitted time.Transcatheter group had no transfusion case, no scar and no complications happened.But the transcathter closure of ASD was expensive than surgical operation.Excellent nursing take the great role for the success of the procedure and decrease of the complications.更多还原
