【摘要】 目的∶分析老年人视网膜脱离的临床特点。方法∶回顾分析 6 0岁以上视网膜脱离 16 1例、16 3眼的临床资料。结果∶增殖性视网膜病变 (PVR)的B级和C级发病率最高 ,视网膜裂孔形态以类圆孔最多 ,其次为马蹄孔。结论∶分析老年视网膜脱离未治愈的原因除因严重的PVR或多次手术外 ,全身性疾病尤其是心血管疾病是影响患者预后的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical feature of retinal detachment in aged patients.Method:The clinical data of retinal detachmen in 161 aged patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The disease was more common in PVR B and C class.Round tear was most frequently been seen,horseshoe tear was the second.Conclusion:The failure factors include severe PVR, multiple surgeries and systemic diseases, especially cardiovascular disesae, which is an important factor influencing the prognosis.更多还原
