【摘要】 目的 :分析白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术并发症发生的原因及影响术后视力的因素。方法 :综合观察和分析 16 9例、2 0 6眼白内障超声乳化术后的视力与并发症。结果 :植入后房型人工晶体 187眼(90 .78% ) ,植入前房型人工晶体 11眼 (5 .34% ) ,未植入人工晶体 8眼 (3.88% )。后囊膜破裂 4 1眼(19.90 % ) ,虹膜损伤 2 9眼 (14 .0 1% ) ,角膜水肿 86眼 (4 1.75 % )。结论 :白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术后发生并发症是影响术后视力恢复的主要原因 ,与术者技术不熟练及病例选择不当有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analysis the causes of the complications in phacoemulsification and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation and the factors which interfere with the postoperative vision. Method: General analysis were carried out on phacoemulsification and IOL implantation by means of observing the complications and the postoperative vision in 169 cases(206 eyes). Result:187 eyes(90.78%) were implanted posterior chamber (PC)-IOL and in 11 eyes(5.34%) anterior chamber (AC)-IOL , 8 eyes(93.88%) were failed to be implanted the IOL; posterior capsul were ruptured in 41 eyes(19.9%); iris were damaged in 29 eyes(14.01%) and corneal had edema in 81eyes(41.75%). Conclusion: The postoperative vision is damaged by the complications caused by poor technique and improper case selection.更多还原
