【摘要】 目的 :探讨白内障超声乳化手术效果及手术并发症的预防。方法 :回顾分析 30例行白内障超声乳化手术的并发症。结果 :术后第 1天视力≥ 0 .5占 4 0 % ,术后 1周视力≥ 0 5占 6 0 % ,术后 1个月视力≥ 0 .5占 90 %。术中主要并发症有切口过大致浅前房 ,环形撕囊失败 ,后囊破裂 ,虹膜损伤等。术后主要并发症有角膜水肿 ,虹膜炎症等。结论 :超声乳化手术并发症发生率较高 ,主要为后囊破裂及角膜水肿 ,乳化最好选在后房部位 ,且术者应具有熟练的显微操作技术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the operative effect of phacoemulsification and study prevention method of complications. Method: The complications of phacoemulsification were analysed.Result:Visual acuity better than 0.5 one day was 40%,that after a week rafter operation was 60%,that after a month after operation was 90%.Complications during operation were shallow anterior chamber because of large cut,failure of the capsule ruptured circularly, posterior capsule ruptured and injured. Complications postoperative were cornea edema,irisitis,etc.Conclusion: Phacoemulsification is one of the operations that reflects operator′s skill of microoperation and aility to manage abnormal things. The rate of complications is high. The major complications are cornea edema and posterior capsule runtured. Selecting posterior chamber to operate is better.更多还原
