【摘要】 目的:研究可溶性细胞间粘附因子-1(sICAM-1)在Graves眼病(GO)炎性活动期与静止期的水平差异及其与各项甲状腺功能指标的关系。方法:将GO炎性活动期与静止期患者,Graves病(GD)无眼病患者及正常对照,分为A、B、C、D四组,抽取空腹静脉全血,测血清sICAM-1,各组间进行比较。并分析各组sICAM-1与FT3、FT4、TG、TM的相关关系。结果:①A、B、C组患者血清sICAM-1均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。A组患者sICAM-1水平最高,与B组及C组患者相比有统计学差异(P<0.01);②前三组各组内sICAM-1与FT3、FT4成直线相关关系,与TG、TM成直线相关关系;③GO炎性活动期患者sICAM-1与GO评分成正相关。结论:血清sICAM-1水平可作为反映GO活动性评判的免疫指标,长期监测sICAM-1可预示GD进展为临床活动性眼病的可能性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the differ en ce of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)levels at the acti ve inflammatory stage and standstill stage of Graves’ ophthalmopathy(GO)and to fully understand the relationship of sICAM-1with markers of thyroid function .Methods:The study involved GO patients at the active inflammatory stage(grou p A),and standstill stage(group B),GD patients without ophthalmopathy(gro up C),and healthy controls(group D).Serum levels of sICAM-1were measured and the average levels of the four groups were compared.The relationship of sI CAM-1with FT 3 ,FT 4 ,TG,TM are analyzed.Results:①The average serum levels of sICAM-1in gr oup A,B and C were significantly elevated in comparison with that in group D(P <0.05),and the highest was found in group A,significantly different fro m the levels in group B and C(P<0.01);②The levels of sICAM-1in group A,B and C showed positive linear relationships with FT 3 ,FT 4 ,TG and TM.③The levels of sICAM-1in group A showed a positive linear re lationship with clinical activity score in ophthalmopathy.Conclusion:The level of sICAM-1may be an immunological marker reflecting the ac-tivity of GO.Ser ial determinations of sICAM-1serum levels could help to identify the right ti me when GD patients are prone to develop active inflammatory ophthalmopathy.更多还原
