【摘要】 目的:观察乙醇慢性摄入对大鼠肝组织细胞因子TGF-β、TNF-αmRNA表达的影响。方法:选用30只体重(200±20)g的Wistar雄性大鼠,随机分为3组(每组10只),对照组为清水+普通饮食(A组),实验组为:①20%酒精饮料+普通饮食(B组);②20%酒精饮料+高脂饮食(C组)。饲养3个月全部处死,分别进行血清酶学、血脂、组织病理学及细胞因子基因学测定。结果:A组无异常,B、C组均出现血脂升高及病理学变化,同时C组出现酶学变化,B、C组肝组织TGF-β、TNF-αmRNA表达水平增高。结论:乙醇慢性摄入上调大鼠肝组织细胞因子TGF-β、TNF-αmRNA的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the aff ec tion of chronic ethanol intaking on cytokine TGF-aand TNF-ámRNA expression i n the liver of rat.Methods :Thirty male Wistar rats were employed and randomly divided into three groups(with10in each one).The control group(group A)w ere fed with pure water and common food.group B with20%alcohol and common fo od,group C with20%alcohol and rich oil(corn oil)food.They were put to de ath after being treated for three months,their serum enzymes were examined,and the histopathologic and cytokine genetic examination of liver as well as perfor med.Results:No abnormalities were observed in group A.but hyperlipermia and histopathologic changes were found in group B and C,and serum enzyme elevatio ns as also found in group C.TGF-aand TNF-ámRNA expression were increased in group B and C.Conclusion:Chronic ethanol in tak-ing could increase the TGF-aand TNF-ámRNA expression in the liver of rat.更多还原
