【摘要】 目的:检测胃癌患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平,探讨VEGF与胃癌分期和预后的关系。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定66例胃癌患者和20例健康人血清中血管内皮生长因子水平并进行对照分析。结果:胃癌患者血清中VEGF水平明显高于正常人(P<0.001)。其中Ⅲ～Ⅳ期胃癌患者血清中VEGF水平明显高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期胃癌患者(P<0.001)。出现转移者VEGF水平明显高于未发生转移者。结论:血管内皮生长因子不仅与胃癌的发生发展密切相关,而且与其预后也密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)level in patients with gastric carcinoma and elucidate the relation of its levels with the differenciation and prognosis in gastric carcinoma.Methods :Sixty-six patients with gastric carcinoma and20healthy control subjects were included in this study.The serum VEGF level was measured with the methods of ELISA.Results:The serum VEGF level in gastric carcinoma patients was significantly higher than that of health controls(P<0.001).The serum VEGF level in the groups of stageⅢ-Ⅳwas significantly higher than that of stageⅠ-Ⅱgroups(P<0.001).The serum VEGF level in patients with metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without metastasis(P<0.001).Conclusion:VEGF plays an important role in the growth and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
