【摘要】 目的:探讨白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术后人工晶体瞳孔夹持的病因及防治原则。方法:对206只眼行白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术,术后观察6～24个月。结果:术后发生人工晶体瞳孔夹持的有9只眼,其中老年性白内障2只眼(1.4%,2/139),先天性白内障4只眼(9.8%,4/41),外伤性白内障3只眼(11.5%,3/26)。结论:术中减少前房操作时间、术后控制前房炎症,植入的人工晶体位置平整,可以减少瞳孔夹持的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the causes of pupil capture after cataract extraction and intraocu-lar lens implantation and to study the principles of treatment and prevention of pupil capture.Methods:Two hundred and six eyes which undergone cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were fol-lowed up for6～24months.Results:The complication of pupil capture was found in9eyes,2eyes with senile cataract(1.4%,2/139),4eyes with congenital cataract(9.8%,4/41),and3eyes with traumatic cataract(11.5%,3/26).Conclusion:The incidence of pupil capture can be decreased by reducing time of performa-tion in anterior chamber and inhibiting inflammation of choroids.更多还原
