【摘要】 目的:观察偏头痛患者发作期与间歇期血浆内皮素与环苷酸水平的变化,探讨其变化在偏头痛发生与发展中的作用。方法:选择80例偏头痛患者,用放免法检测血浆内皮素(ET)、环腺苷酸(cAMP)、环鸟苷酸(cGMP)水平的变化。结果:偏头痛患者发作期ET、cAMP水平显著高于对照组及间歇期水平(P<0.05P<0.01);偏头痛发作期cGMP水平明显低于对照组及偏头痛间歇期水平(P<0.05)。结论:偏头痛发作期ETcAMP与cGMP水平变化可能参与了偏头痛的发作过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the changes of endothelium(ET),cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)and cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP)of plasma in patients with migraine during attack and headache-free interval,and to explore the effects of the changes in the outbreak of migraine.Methods:Radioimmuno-assay was used to measure the levels of plasma ET,cAMP and cGMP in80patients with migraine and30healthy controls.Results:The levels of ET and cAMP were remarkedly increased,but the level of cGMP in plasma was remarkedly reduced in the migraine group during attack than those in the control group and the migraine group during headache-free interval.Conclusion:The level changes of plasma ET,cAMP and cGMP during attack might be related to the outbreak of acute migraine.更多还原
