【摘要】 目的:研究胃癌组织中的P38的表达与H.pylori感染的关系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测P38的表达,用改良Giemsa染色、快速尿素酶试验和H.pylori-IgG检测H.pylori感染情况。结果:P38在胃癌组织中的表达阳性率为67.5%,在高-中分化腺癌、低分化腺癌、粘液腺癌和未分化癌中的表达阳性率无统计学差异(P<0.05)。在H.pylori阳性患者中P38的表达阳性率为71.42%,明显高于H.pylori阴性患者中的阳性率(33.33%,P<0.05)。单指标血抗H.plori-IgG与P38表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:人胃癌组织中P38的表达与H.pylori感染有关,H.pylori感染可能通过P38信号传导途径诱导胃上皮细胞的凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between P38expression and helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection in gastric cancer.Methods :Immunohistochemical assay was performed to study the expression and location of P38,the status of H.pylori infection was determined by pathologic Giemsa staining and rapid urease test and anti-H.pylori IgG in40cases of gastric cancer.Results:P38was expressed in the cytoplasm and nuclei of gastric cancer cells and neutrophil and lymphcytes.There was no correlation between the expression of P38and histological differentiation or TNM stages of gastric cancer(P<0.05).The expression rate of P38in H.pylori positive patients was higher than that in H.py-lori negative patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:P38is overexpressed in gastric cancer cells.The expression of P38has a significant correlation with H.pylori.P38signaling pathways may play a critical role in inducing apoptosis of gastric epithelial cells and in the carcionogenesis of human gastric cancer induced by H.pylori.更多还原
