【摘要】 目的:用气相色谱法测定大鼠酒精性脂肪肝血清中7种游离脂肪酸的含量。方法:选用10%丁二酸二乙二醇酯(DEGS)色谱柱,样品经乙酸乙酯提取后,用三氟化硼-乙醚/甲醇甲酯化处理。内标采用正十七碳酸。结果:月桂酸、豆蔻酸、硬脂酸与花生四烯酸的线性范围在1～50mg/L,棕榈酸、油酸与亚油酸的线性范围在10～100mg/L。7种脂肪酸的变异系数在0.9991～0.9998之间。7种脂肪酸的加样回收率在85.6%～94.3%之间。结论:本法简便、快速、可靠,为临床科学研究及疾病的诊断提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research on the practicability of gas chromatograph(GC)method for the de-termi nation of the seven free fatty acids in the serum of rat with alcoholic adipose liver.Meth ods:10%dethylenegly col succinate(DEGS)column was chosen and extractions with ethyl acetate from samples were methylated with BF 3 -ether /methanol.Re sults:The lin earity of C 12∶0 ,C 14∶0 ,,C 18∶0 ,and C 20∶4 ranged from1to50mg /ml ,and linearity of C 16∶0 ,C 18∶1 ,and C 18∶2 ranged from10to100mg /ml.The linear calibration coeffi-cients of the seven free acids were between0.9991～0.9998.The mean recovery of the sev en free fatty acids was85.6%～94.3%.Con clusion:This method was simple,speedy and reliable.The data obtained will be useful for clinical re search and di ag noses of diseases.更多还原
